Barbara Stone will display new polar bear artwork (http://www.polarbeargallery.com)and tell their stories. Each
story will be accompanied by music sung by Erin Puelet and Jeff Stone and dance
performed by Jennifer Delaney. This is the third such collaboration that has
included Barbara’s artwork and the first time this program will include a
dance piece choreographed and performed by Jennifer Delaney. The effect is
surprisingly entertaining creating a greater atmosphere from which to
experience art, sound and movement.
Also at the event will be a silent auction of several polar
bear items and a contest and sale of diverse creations by various artists and
writers inspired by wool, feathers or eggs. Those attending the evening’s
performance will cast votes for submitted art, prose and song. This will
determine the “best of” in several categories for which there will be
prizes. Some of the art will be available for sale.
